Planetary drive motor

Planetary drive motors

Planetary gears are compact, powerful drives for a wide range of applications. They can have a multi-stage design and thus achieve high reduction ratios and very low speeds. Due to their operating principle, planetary gears can withstand very high loads and have a high degree of efficiency. The output shaft is coaxial to the input shaft. The planetary gearhead is thus virtually an extension of the motor shaft. Due to the large number of gear wheels, the noise level is higher than with a worm gear.
We offer you selected, pre-configured planetary gear motors with brushless or brush-type DC motors. With this program we would like to offer you the possibility to select the optimal drive for your specific application easily and without in-depth knowledge.

Overview of your benefits.

  • Transfers high torques at a small size.

  • High reductions up to 1539:1 are possible.

  • Low power dissipation at a high power-to-weight-ratio.

  • Swiss quality and Swiss values.

  • Each delivered gear is subjected to a comprehensive performance test.

  • Extremely short delivery times. Individual parts are kept available in stock and are assembled based on customer requests.

What also might interest you:

  • Could you not find the right combination? Would you like to use a three-phase motor, for example, or have you already selected a motor yourself? Then we offer you the option of attaching any motor from any manufacturer to our gears. Please contact our sales department to discuss your requirements.
  • We also offer a wide range of pre-configured worm gear motors.

You need additional bores or a longer output shaft? Then you are in good company. Most of our customers have wishes that cannot be covered by the product groups in stock. For exactly these cases we have developed our HILBA formula. Infinite customization possibilities even in small quantities with unrivalled short delivery times.
